The agency renders technical services through the following means:

1- Direct contact line with the agency through the telecommunication corporation with a program to review news. 

2- Through (ftp) in which each subscriber will be provided with technical information and the required secret number. The subscriber will be asked to connect to the Internet and provide a computer and a program to review news.

3- Through satellite (Arabia 2000) package which is transmitted by the UPI.

4- Through its website on the Internet: http://www.petra.gov.jo or http://www.petranews.gov.jo  in addition to the website of Federation of Arab News Agencies (FANA): http://www.fananews.com
